The last couple of submissions have been pretty easy but that won't be case with this next one. Number 21 from Bob May was, Sausalito California (photo below), which is just across the bay from San Francisco. Only about half of those listed pegged Sausalito, the rest going to San Francisco which is really close - I mean, you can SEE San Fran from here! However, "San Francisco" does not sound like a little dance and it IS the place where Tony Bennett left his heart (the clue said NEAR where a certain singer left his heart.) Anyway ... some other wrong guesses included Santa Monica (by LA), Seattle, Boston, Baltimore, Providence and one guess (not listed) from Europe.
The list of our guessers follows:

Number 22, was featured as a Flight of the Month on www.toomuchfs.com some years ago and is the largest coral atoll of the region. It is less than 100 nautical miles north of its nearest continent. References to it are known since 1529, as it is clearly depicted in a Spanish navigation map dated that year. It has been called by several names, all variations of, "rock" or "the rocks". The archipelago is comprised of around 50 islands protected by a long and magnificent coral reef surrounding a 400 sq km lagoon, creating still and crystal clear waters. The immaculate white beaches stretch as far as the eye can see, offsetting the ever-changing colors of the sea. Inhabited by innumerable birds and an incredible variety of fish and sea turtles, the archipelago was declared a natural park in 1972.
Where in the World are these beautiful photos are from?
Note: In the past and in the future a livery may provide a clue, but this will not always be the case so look (and read) carefully!
Finally, we like to review the rules for submitting photos to this "contest":
